HOBART TO DERWENT VALLEY
Depart Hobart and travel on Highway 1 to Hamilton to meet with Jane Parsons AFT Farmhost Coordinator in the Derwent Valley. Transfer to farms with farmers in their private vehicles.
On arrival lunch at host farms. After lunch opportunity to spend some time with the farmers on their working sheep and cropping farms Dinner this evening with farmers and their families.

Derwent Valley Host Farm 3- 4 person per host farm

DAY 2
Activity: LD
ON FARMS – RETURN TO HOBART
Breakfast this morning with farmers Mid morning farmers transfer guests to the central meeting point in Hamilton at Curringa Farm to visit Hamilton Sheep Centre then rejoin coach to return to Granton and travel via New Norfolk to Russell Falls and visit the Mount Field National Park Visitor Centre for lunch before private sightseeing in Mount Field National Park.
After inspection at Russell Falls return to Hobart City.
